APPROACH

You may have heard that good research is all about telling great stories. We know that good research is really about questioning assumptions. A disciplined and scientific approach has the power to reveal blindspots and generates knowledge.

An ideal engagement follows three phases:

  1. Organize the research goals around overcoming specific business challenges you face. Learn what has already been done and determine what assumptions can be tested.

  2. Design an analytics or research strategy to clearly test those assumptions, and decide ahead of time what different outcomes would mean for your business.

  3. Execute the study or analysis that we design, and provide clear reporting. Make the findings as useful as possible.
